IMPORTANT NOTE: I tested this deal myself and it did not work correctly. I added 3 participating Crayola products priced at $4.99 each to my cart and during checkout only one Crayola item was deducted from my total instead of two. I then tried to test this deal with other participating Crayola items and had the same issue. Finally, I decided to call Toys R Us ( <쪴ق> 1-800-869-7787 1-800-869-7787) to let them know that their promo wasn’t working correctly. They are now aware of this issue and their tech people are working to fix it.
Until then, you can try to place your order online and if it doesn’t deduct the correct items, call Toys R Us at <쪴ق> 1-800-869-7787 1-800-869-7787. They actually (at first) gave me a one time use $5 off code to make up for the one that wasn’t deducting properly… but when I used that code it ending up making the Crayola product that was free cost a little under $2. Confusing, right? Anyway, the customer service rep eventually ended up giving me a $10 code to make up for all the issues, so I spent a total of $3.55 to have 3 Crayola products (valued at $4.99 each) shipped right to my door. I was very happy with that!
