FREE Museum days!!!

Great News! I just got word that this wonderful program has been renewed by Macy’s through August of 2011…and hopefully beyond!
Macy’s in conjunction with Chicago area Libraries is offering the Museum Adventure Pass. Just check it out from participating libraries and you’ll get FREE Admission to many area Museums and Attractions.
Including: Brookfield Zoo, Chicago Botanical Garden, Morton Arboretum and more!
Here’s how it works:
  1. Check to see if your Library is participating —>
  2. Check on availability of pass
  3. If it’s available check it out, if not the librarian will tell you when it will be available again, if you are the first to request it on that day it’s yours
  4. It is good for 5 days. The number of people it covers varies by venue
  5. Pass may not cover parking or admission to special exhibits or shows
  6. You may need to show Photo ID and Library Card upon entering attraction or venue
  7. Pass is for one time use only and can’t be transferred to another person
I used this pass for FREE entry into Brookfield Zoo and Botanical Gardens last year. I just made sure I was the first person in line to get my pass the day it was due back!
Go here to see participating attractions —>
Also head over here —> to fill out a Survey, hopefully if we all respond they’ll have more motivation to keep this program going!
Not from the Chicago or Burbs? Call your local Library to see if they have a similar
